Creamy Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 box Pomi Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Sage dried
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tbsp Diamond Salt or more, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 boxes Red Lentil Rotini
- Parmesan shredded
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and turn on high to boil.
- Place sausage in a separate saucepan and cook until browned, breaking up as needed.
- Once cooked, drain oil from sausage.
- Add cup of cream, cook for 5-10 minutes on low to reduce.
- Add box of finely chopped tomatoes and spices, mix to combine.
- Once water is boiling, add pasta to cook according to directions.
- Drain pasta, add to sauce and mix to coat. Taste for salt.
- Serve with grated parmesan.
