Creamy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 box Pomi Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Sage dried
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Diamond Salt or more, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 boxes Red Lentil Rotini
  • Parmesan shredded

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large pot with water and turn on high to boil.
  • Place sausage in a separate saucepan and cook until browned, breaking up as needed.
  • Once cooked, drain oil from sausage.
  • Add cup of cream, cook for 5-10 minutes on low to reduce.
  • Add box of finely chopped tomatoes and spices, mix to combine.
  • Once water is boiling, add pasta to cook according to directions.
  • Drain pasta, add to sauce and mix to coat. Taste for salt.
  • Serve with grated parmesan.
