Fill a large pot with water and turn on high to boil.
Place sausage in a separate saucepan and cook until browned, breaking up as needed.
Once cooked, drain oil from sausage.
Add cup of cream, cook for 5-10 minutes on low to reduce.
Add box of finely chopped tomatoes and spices, mix to combine.
Once water is boiling, add pasta to cook according to directions.
Drain pasta, add to sauce and mix to coat. Taste for salt.
Serve with grated parmesan.
